"Tyler was a great person to work with. He was always available to answer any questions I had. If it was something I didn’t understand, he was very patient and able to break everything down for me. He was very knowledgeable from start to finish even pertaining to all of the different programs that were or were not available to me. He got me pre-approved quickly and told me everything I needed to do that would possibly put me in a better lending situation. Whenever I talked to Tyler over the phone I could feel his passion for his job, he always very thorough, sometimes he would give me too much information ;), but when he felt like I was overwhelmed he would slow down and break it down even further.
