"I can’t say enough good things about Denise and the experience I had working with her! Our communication began when I unexpectedly fell in love with a home that I wanted to purchase — with absolutely zero preparation on my end! Denise immediately helped me understand my options, including whether it made more sense to pay off the existing mortgage, rent it out and have 2 mortgages or use a bridge loan/sell my existing home; truly helping me figure out how I could make the purchase work! What really stood out to me was her dedication from the very beginning. Our first conversation was on July 31st, as she was literally leaving town for a family trip. Even with that, she was diligent about getting me the information I needed and continued to respond quickly throughout the entire process.
