We all know looking for a home is overwhelming and exhausting and even if your not ready to buy but The benefits for pre qualification is , You know the details of your financing before you pick out a house. You not only know how much house you can afford, you also know the terms of your loan. You know how much you can spend and won't waste time looking at homes you can't afford. My experience with my pre qualification with Eva Melgarejo was she not only told me the most that they are willing to lend me for my current situation but also how much that amount would break down into a monthly payment. Even if I was not comfortable with that payment then she also told me what price i should be looking at to keep it in the payment range that i was comfortable with.
