Jonathan was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Debra Martins however was the opposite. She was rude on the phone and failed to answer all questions in emails which caused a delay in closing. She assumed she had the appraisal when no appraisal had even been ordered. At closing the notary had the incorrect paperwork which caused an inconvenience for the notary and ourselves heightened by her rude deameanor. The transaction was finished with the processing manager. More employees like Jonathan are needed.
