About Cynthia Hamilton

Cynthia has more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, specializing in quality assurance, secondary marketing due diligence, underwriting, operations, valuation, and loss mitigation. She currently oversees the company’s Quality Control division by planning, monitoring and directing QC policies, programs and initiatives. She is tasked with the continued improvement of the company’s QC Plan per internal, agency and regulatory standards.
