As the SVP of Customer Service, Amy brings 15 years of vast experience and knowledge of the mortgage and financial industry to her role at New American Funding. She has been with the company since February of 2012 and has been instrumental in establishing our Corporate Customer Service/Office of the President Department. She has also expanded her role to include overseeing our Servicing’s Customer Care Call Center in Austin, TX, so that our Customers are receiving consistent, high-quality Customer Service. Amy is committed to providing an excellent Customer Service experience for our consumers and works diligently to continually improve upon the high standards she has set for her team.
