We emailed several times over three weeks asking if there was any documentation we needed to provide and we received no reply from Christian or Bilal. The week of closing we were asked to provide a bunch of documents or our closing wouldn't happen. Bilal speaks rudely and in my opinion unprofessional to my husband. Our signing day, we were 15 minutes from signing and our documents still weren't ready. Our realtor had to call Christian to impress upon him that time is running out. We did sign on time, but we did Not need the unnecessary stress.
