As a Certified Mortgage Banker®, Tony Blodgett brings 28 years of industry experience to his position as Executive Vice President, National Retail Sales – West for New American Funding. In his role, Blodgett develops and executes strategic sales initiatives and focuses on recruiting top talent to drive retail growth.  

Blodgett joined New American Funding in 2014 because he shares the company’s values for excellent customer service and innovative business growth. During his tenure he has played a pivotal role in the company’s recent expansion and market share growth. In his previous roles at New American Funding, he oversaw initiatives designed to help ensure regional growth and profitability, and was tasked with identifying opportunities to enhance competitiveness, increase revenues, ensure steady growth, and improve customer service offerings.

As a speaker, coach, and mentor, Blodgett has a strong track record in leading diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success. He is passionate about the company’s mission, platform, culture, and leadership and looks forward to continued growth and expansion.

Blodgett has served as President of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association and is an ongoing and active board member.
