I was very fortunate to have been given Valerie's information. Considering this was my first time looking to buy a home, just the thought of the whole process was extremely overwhelming for me. I reached out to her on a saturday morning just looking to see what my options were. I expected a long tedious process and was amazed when Valerie got back to me less than couple hours later telling i was approved to make an offer. I honestly couldnt believe how quickly and efficiently she worked. But what i really appreciated was her taking the time to explaine the entire process to me, awncering my million and one questions and walking me through it step by step. Due to my lack of knowledge there were a lot of things that I didn't understand and not once did she make me feel like a bother, and always made sure that I understood what was going on and felt comfortable with it. That alone was enough for me to know that I was working with the right person. There is a list of other positive things I could say about both her and her team but to keep it simple im very grateful to have found her when I did, and i look forward to the day when I get to work with her and her team again!

Everything went so smoothly, and even when a few unexpected issues came up, she was there every step of the way to help me work through them and get everything resolved. My buyers needed to close earlier because they had to be out of their previous home, and Val made the process easy. When we needed to make changes to names on the documents, she notified me right away and took care of everything quickly. She is truly a problem solver and always stayed on top of the transaction.
