All Items that the under writter needs should be presented to the customer in the beging and not towards the end of the process. felt like I was getting nickled and dimed to the finish line. I was still getting request for loan pay off for my property the morning of closeing.

If you had more Sally's and less people asking me and my builder to do their jobs. Not only did they ask way too much of us but after it was done, they didn't proof it till it was too late to solve problems delaying and making the whole process a pain. Without Sally, I would have walked away the day before closing and never responded to NAF again.
