We NEVER were able to log into the website. We had to work outside on docusign. They gave an unnecessary 2nd appraisal that was a joke saying 2 buildings had NO value. Our trust was physically defiled, and they wanted us to validate it again, which NO one ever heard of, and Jacob their financial man was 2 days late on what amount we needed to wire over for the downpayment. We received the email from him a day after we had purchased the house. Go back to the trustworthy old American funding.

The NAF legal department was very difficult to work with. Their demans about our trust was never encountered by our realty company or our friends when they bought their houses. Would not recommend NAF due to that reason. And very slow response time with Jacob. Nicks hands were tied due to the other departments ineptitude.

Working with Nick has been a pleasure. In my opinion, Nick is the best in the business. He is very responsive and available when needed.
