I am a very anxious person, I try to not be over pushy, or contantly check in but this homebuying process is something else. Kyle, Michelle, and Sarah never once made me feel like I was bothering them. Always answered my questions and made sure I had what I needed. When I asked Kyle to crunch numbers at 8pm, he would if he could and did. The fact we closed, we did it, makes it ten times better. There were times where I knew everyone had other clients to tend to, and I would commmunicate and do some of the work for myself, and immideatly would connect with Kyle and the team, and it would be handled. I can not express my graditude for Kyle and Michelle. They were great and on top of it all the time. Sarah made sure to always connect with Kyle and make sure he had what he needed so we could close. any time I've had a question, it was always answered pretty quickly. Also didn't feel pressured when I took time to think about my loan.
