Since this process was time sensitive, I really appreciated this was expedited in the allocated time frame. I also was a first time buyer so having someone who wants to guide and process in short period of time made it great. There were days when I wanted it to end but I needed a home and my realtor Laura and Dan were there in every step of the way. These guys are truly professionals. I wish some paperwork process would be shorter and the back and forth such as where did the money came from, provide statements even though statements were provided prior to withdrawals, trail of being transferred, why there's more money than required visible. I wish this part would be streamlined better because it wasnt easy for me who wasnt buying a home on luxury time and working full time. My job requires me to teach classes and one cant just leave a room full of employees while I take care of my own business. But Dan made it possible for me, very understanding and available to answer my questions no matter what hour of the day, even during weekends. Since you are asking for feedback I suggest clone Dan so that we have more high end professionals out there.
