I highly recommend Dan & his team at New American Funding in Everett when looking for a mortgage. We were looking to downsize to a rambler after living in a 5 bedroom split level for 37 years. We needed a mortgage because we were not willing to put our house on the market until we found something we would love to move into. Dan & his assistant Jason provided a spread sheet with options & costs & answered all our questions so we could pick the option that worked best for us. I love that you get to talk to a real person when you call their office! When we didn’t want to fill out forms & submit info via computer they let us bring paperwork to their office. Added bonus free street parking! Once we made an offer on a house, we were turned over to Josh, our loan officer assistant, who kept us informed of each thing we needed to do & the progress of the loan. Not only do they answer their phone, they know who you are. In these times of just being a number at big businesses, this was a breath of fresh air! Friendly, good communicators, efficient & they know what they are doing! I’m happy to recommend Dan Keller & his team to anyone looking to get a mortgage to buy a home!

Our son & daughter-in-law had highly recommended Dan & his team at New American Funding in Everett after using them to finance the purchase their first house. While we are at the other end of the spectrum and downsizing and in need of a rambler, Dan and his assistant, Jason, spent time discussing our options since we wanted to buy before we sold the home we are living in. They made spread sheets showing costs with different scenarios so we could make an informed decision. Being older, I especially love a company that answers the phone instead of being routed through a maze of \"push this button\" or AI talking but not able to answer a question. Here you get to talk to a real person! They were very easy to get ahold of and readily answered our questions. Once we had decided the finance option that was best for us, they even let us bring the paperwork to the office to scan since we did not want to do it on the computer! They were able to get us \"underwritten\" so when we did find the home we wanted to buy we were in a strong financial position with the offer presented to the listing agent and owners. After our offer was accepted on the home we wanted to buy, we were turned over to Josh who was our \"loan officer assistant\". Again, anytime we had any questions he was a phone call or email away and kept us updated through the steps of loan application through closing. Another thing I loved, is this business is not a big corporation where you are unknown or a number, they actually know who you are when you call! And the fact that they are in Everett if you do decide to go to their office there is plenty of free street parking and traffic is not the nightmare that it is in Seattle! Friendly, good communicators, efficient, & they know what they are doing! I would highly recommend Dan Keller and his team at New American Funding to anyone needing a home loan.
