I feel like everything went according to plan. I got fast responses from both Cindy and Alyssa. I understood everything and not once did something not work out the way they indicated it would. I don't mean by that that things changed, everyone anticipates that with a mortgage - but I meant that I never felt decieved - whereas with my first experience (Diane?) I felt deliberately deceived. These two are forthright and clearly very honest and ethical. It's wonderful.

Several complications occurred during this process and the entire team, including Jacqueline Bui, worked diligently behind the scenes to complete the process. Completely professional, compassionate and personable.

Alyssa was very friendly and extremely helpful during our loan process. From day 1 she maintained communication with us and was always available and willing to help and answer all questions we had. Alyssa is the type of team member any company needs to have. We appreciate everything she did for us.

Alyssa Madrid listened to my goals. Alyssa found a interest r*te and length of loan that met my goals. Jacqueline Bui made completing paperwork easy and not time consuming. When I emailed her a question it was answered almost in real time. The entire processs was ridiculously easy. I am already trying to get a friend to reach out for a refi loan. Also, love the app!
