Zach made this experience great despite the curveballs thrown our way. Enduring the loan process was tediuos and at times draining. Zach always came in with a resolution-focused and goal-oriented mentality. Somehow he was always able to get us re-motivated in finishing the loan process when we felt discouraged and ready to \"throw-in-the-towel\". Zach was extremely knowledgeable in the VA loan process and every hunch he had was spot on. There was not one time where a question went unanswered. If there was something he was not sure on, he always circled back to us. Knowing now what the loan process entails, I am so grateful we had someone like Zach on our team.
