Tori was filling in for Steve and she ensured everything was going smoothly with the escrow signing and kept me up to date of the flow. She also went above and beyond helping me with the online paper work as there was a mix up for signing in ink and the hybrid signing. Gold star for her!

there was a huge lack of communication between Tori and Diamond primarily from Diamonds end and very poor communication back with us as the clients hardly could get response to emails or calls from Diamon. Tori was better at getting back with us overall. we would be told one thing then told another nothing was ever done or completed on a timely manner or when it was said to be done .

Tori was fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions and guided us through this process. I highly recommend Tori and Dominick
