It was very urgent that we refinanced our home and the timeline was short. Shannon and Robin were very attentive to our case. They communicated clearly what needed to be done and what my husband and I needed to do. They emailed us frequently with updates. We receieved updates and emails from them after hours and on weekends. This showed us that they were going above and beyond to meet our timeline needs. In my experience, this is exceptional and we are extremely grateful for this! I have been, and will continue to, rave about our experience and Shannon and Robin in particular. Absolutely loved working with Shannon, she was readily accessible and the rare times she was not available she always got back to me within a timely manner. The few times I needed to talk to her directly on the phone she was very pleasant, helpful, and honestly just a pleasure to talk to! Fun personality and it helped make a stressful time much more manageable. And she was great to have at closing! 10/10 will recommend anybody work with her given the opportunity.
