Scott and his team at Highlands Residential were absolutely wonderful to work with. As first time buyers were completely unaware of all of the details but Scott kept us fully informed of not only his responsibilities but those of everyone involved. Honestly we had a realtor who was not on top of everything and Scott bailed the realtor and essentially us multiple times with deadlines for paperwork and disclosures that they would rush for us. On top of all of this we are in a different time zone than Scott and he always made sure to take our calls. We could not say better things about Scott and his team.
