Ross is what made it GREAT. He treated me like I was his only customer. He helped walk me thru any problems that I didn't understand. When I would reach out and call Ross, he was always there. I felt very comfortable with him. I had shopped around and wasn't sure about getting help. Some of the different companies I spoke with seemed like the people I spoke to different really know what they were doing. Example... I gave some info and the rep. I was speaking to would put me on hold then tell me that they would call me back. I was VERY frustrated by that. When I found Ross I knew right away this guy knows his stuff.
