What started off as researching information into my opinions turned into a really good experience working with Robert Bell and Raquel Chavez during my loan process. Robert was easy to talk to, explained my opinion clearly, and stayed on top of things from start to finish. He took his time and explained to me. H eunderstood that mortgages isnt my profession and there were things that people who are not in the feild may not understand. He took that into account and took extra time around those topics. He was honest and upfront about everything whoch allowed me to paln for hiccups which made getting through those hiccups more smooth. He was delligent and professional but remained personable.
