We had a more complicated history which made our case more time consuming. Reginald was always very patient and did a great job helping us through it.

reginald was very professional and understanding from the first day that I spoke to him. He returned my calls, text messages and emails promptly early in the morning, later in the evening and even on weekends. Even when He was on vacation. He made an extra effort to be sure to keep in touch with me. I was very appreciative of his efforts and understandt the enI havething but good things to say about Reginald.

Reginald and his team were great to work with. Reginald was prompt and very professional. Reginald and his team was the only reason we didn't walk away and find a different company to work with. Our loan processor Savannah was terrible to work with. Savannah asked for documents several times that were already submitted or emailed to her. Savannah wouldn't keep us updated on the process and we would have to reach out.

Everything was going smoothly until Savannah was assigned to the process. Her lack of organization, attention to detail, and inadequate communication caused us numerous delays and thousands of dollars. She was extremely hard to reach and did not respond in a timely manner. Several times, her supervisor had to be notified before she responded. Her lack of accountability and insufficient organization was beyond frustrating, as she often asked for documents or information that had been previously provided to her, sometimes more than once. In the end, it took us four months to get this loan closed, and because of that, we ended up paying points to lower our interest to what was originally locked in. Working with Savannah was a complete nightmare.
