Paul was not only great at getting the deal done in time, he made a great impression to the sellers and it gave them confidence to know that there would be no issues with funding and that their place would be in good hand with my family.

Paul was very helpful from the start. When he called me regarding my interest in buying a house he walked me through alot of things and answered all my questions. His communication was great and he was very detailed when submitting paperwork or answering questions. These characteristics were later shown by the entire NAF team.

He educated my clients and kept me informed

Paul did what he could to help us. I am one who likes lots of communication so I understand what is going on. There was communication but sometimes I felt out of loop. He did great though answering emails. I really appreciate that and any questions to help me understand. The end of everything the process which Paul didnt work on was a disaster. The end of the process is why I wouldn't recommend NAF. Paul did talk to my husband though sharing if we did refince in January with NAF it would be smoother. I am not sure yet but January is down the road.
