Naomi was absolutely amazing throughout my entire loan process. I felt supported every step of the way. Even though it was a long journey due to delays with the sellers, she kept everything moving with quick turnaround times, clear communication, and the ability to pivot whenever needed. She truly went above and beyond and felt like a friend through the entire experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan processor, and I’m so grateful for all of her hard work and support.

Naomi was great and communicative. Although, I did feel very out of the loop with everything and ran into a lot of issues with the online portal. I didn't really know where things were when it came to expectated appraisal dates, where I was at in the approval process, and I didnt get approved until the day before closing which honestly caused a lot of issues and additional stress.

Naomi has great Customer Service skills. She makes sure the customer has clear understanding throughout the entire process.
