Nadyne Pennington

Naydne was absolutely amazing. Great communication to us and our realtor. Checking in more than once a week about houses, genuinely caring about us and overall very organized, very pleasant and kind! My only issue we had, this is not against Nadyne in ANY WAY, was Nada. Nada was absolutely horrible. As soon as she got involved the entire experience went sideways. Asking for documents we had already emailed to her and asking to send them again because she couldnt find them, not communicating about having to complete new home buyer course, not communicating to take a picture of our check that was a gift, asking what time we want to close on our house, giving her a time and then finding out SHE didnt turn in paperwork on time so we were unable to get the keys at the time we choose (this caused work issues for taking time off, childcare issues and overall anxiety and extra stress) and asking for signatures on a document the day AFTER we received our keys. She is disorganized, confused and constantly interrupts you while on the phone. She gave us so much anxiety that we were going to loose this house because of her disorganization, lack of communication and overall just an unpleasant experience. If it wasn't for Nadyne, we dont know what we would have done. She is an absolute angel and the company should be proud to have her part of their team.

Nadyne was very knowledgeable, professional and her communication skills were top notch She either always answered or replied calls back promptly .
