My husband and I put in for a tentative loan approval with Total Mortgage, and were connected with Mike once we were approved. Mike was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to all the questions we had as first home buyers. Once we found the home we own now, Mike handled the entire process with care and efficiency, especially when it came to working with realtors on both sides.
