I had reached out to NAF originally when we were looking to go a home equity loan and was connected to Mike. Against our better judgement, we decided to try our current mortgage provider thinking the process would have been easier since we already had an existing mortgage with them. It was in fact NOT easy, and we kept getting the run around. I reached back out to Mike, after months of having issues and little communication with the other company, and he quickly began the process with NAF. From start to finish, the process was MUCH easier. Mike is very knowledgeable about the whole loan process, and Tasha would always get back to be quickly when I would reach out with a question.
