There were delays between when we were told all we had to do was sign paper asmd when it actually was finished. Thia happened twice and we missed the deadline. Also we were told that we wouldn't have to have any closing costs but we have a huge amount to pay.

Michael was incredible..with every problem he found an answer. When all hope was lost he kept pushing and found an answer. Once it got into processing phase. There was limited conversation. Closing i had no one to ask questions to and the closing video kept disconnecting. But mike made it still worth it.

No pressure. just facts and straight answers.
