Melinda Smith was there with all the answers. When we had questions Melinda, Smith helped us very, very much in understanding what we were doing. But under Smith did a very good job. Did a very, very good job was happy to have her as our consultant.

ran into a situation at the end we're closing got delayed. Unfortunately, Melinda didn't know about the delay in closing, but as soon as she found out, she was out making phone calls, contacting supervisors, doing everything she can do to try to rectify the situation. Melinda also kept all parties informed of the status during the transaction whether it was via phone call or an email.
