This wonderful woman went completely out of her way , & above & beyond to help me buy my first home. No ask was too high & she never once treated me with anything other than complete respect & care. I cannot say enough about Melinda & her expertise, professionalism, & tact ; nor about her capacity & desire for assisting others & truly treating people like not just prospective customers, but human beings in need of help & care. My real estate agent was incompetent & unhelpful in his position, & Melinda gladly stepped in to function as not only my loan officer but also essentially my real estate agent, without asking for anything in return for those services. Meanwhile, she is a mother to young children & a wife to her husband! Yet & still, she was always available to help me with all of my various needs & concerns, & also get me the best possible home for me at this moment! I'm not being hyperbolic at all when I say that my home buying experience wouldn't have been nearly as smooth or as pleasurable or successful without Melinda in my corner. I am so very grateful that I found her & that I was lucky enough to have her work with me & on my behalf. A truly remarkable person that is a wizard at her job. Melinda, God bless you & yours, & thank you a million for everything. You are a truly special person & the world is a better place for having you in it.
