I was so scared to try to start the process of finding a loan (because I never have before), as well as even look for a house, but after the first conversation when he stated he wanted to ensure I came away from this experience feeling excited and secure...well, he did just that. He was always there to ask questions to, went at my pace (never felt rushed or overwhelmed), and was just so comforting to know I had someone on my side through all this since I am doing it alone.
