Mary Hammon is the epitome of customer service! Kudos, Kudos, Kudos to and for her!!!!!
Ms. Romero seemed ill suited for her position. She called me a week or so before closing. Asking if I could contact the credit union that had the first mortgage on my house, saying that the past couple weeks had been wasted in her trying to get hold of somebody, she could get a satisfactory answer from. Oh, within 24 hours. She had reply from someone I knew at the credit union who had helped me in the past. And was generously helpful in supplying What was needed to her. Ms. Romero seemed genuinely grateful that I had helped, to her credit. She seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the bureaucratic hoops. She had to go through which I imagine are there because there are a lot of federal regulations Governing, how you all behave in your jobs. But she didn't seem to know how to handle
things, she seemed inexperienced and came across as harried/ bothered?
She just struck me as perhaps in her position as being ill-suited, or at least so inexperienced that she might have needed the buddy system, until she was able to be more experienced. And confident.
What disturbed me more was saying that she seemingly got promoted. So a higher position, although I suppose it could be a lateral position since I haven't inquired asked whether it's lateral or higher.
She seems like a nice enough person. She just didn't strike me as if someone while suited for her position, either by experience or training or both, or maybe even aptitude?
I have no ill will towards her, and wish for her the best and hope that perhaps in her new position she'll be more suited.
I hope that perhaps my take on Ms. Romero is extreme, as this is the only time i've been through, this kind of experience in my life And I did have some built in anxiety and i'm not capable of enough subjectivity, given my lack of knowledge and experience of the process to think that I have a take that the people who decide whether she gets promoted laterally or to a higher position, in this regard.
I wish everyone the best and cannot sing the praises of mary hammons enough, and I hope those who review my comments are able to temper them with the knowledge and experience required to properly.Evaluate Ms. ROmero.
I am grateful to have been able to get the home loan. And for all I know Ms. Romero might have had a heavy workload throughout my experiences with her so i'm happy to give her the benefit of the doubt and hope you all will too!
