Mark and Debi stepped in our life on 01/31 after I was denied for a loan 3 weeks before closing. Although my situation was a bit difficult, Mark made the process Soo easy and never gave false hope or promises. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns and made us feel very comfortable and his abilities as a loan officer. Mark Payne is a thorough, and excellent communicator. He always responded to an inquiry within approximately thirty minutes at most, and generated the appropriate documents extremely quickly. For my first time home buying experience, I was uncertain exactly what I was doing at times, and Mark gave detailed, thorough answers to all of my questions but not in the way that felt overwhelming. He has an extremely calm demeanor which kept me grounded during this process. I highly recommend, and for future purchases, will use Mark.
