Mark was GREAT to work with. The person I worked with before Mark took on my account quit tne company and I was never told about this. I was waiting for my loan to finish and never heard anything from NAF. Again, Mark did a great job but NAF as a whole was a bit disappointing.

Just a made it easy and explaimed everything well. he made it feel a bit more personal than just a business transaction which sometimes is a good thing.

The process was dragged out for over 3 months. Considering we already have a loan with NAF, I find that unacceptable.
