Marc is very professional and knowledgable. He knew what he was doing and how to do it. He is a very kind man and goes out of his way to help people. it was a pleasure working with him.

There were a couple of ridiculous demands to process the loan then when we went to title company and sign papers, they made us come back two times. The last time was they made me sign over again cause they said they could not read it a two year-old could've read it and to me it should've been pretty cut clear we have amazing credit. Our equity is a lot not that we wanted to use the whole equity in the first place. All we wanted to do was take some out to build a garage and make property even more. valuable.

Most of the process was good, having to have a 2nd Appraisal and then have to take the lower one and do some repairs was the only not so good part.

The closing paperwork has to be redone a few different times and closing rescheduled a few different times too
