Manny was an excellent loan officer. He guided me every step of the way from getting me pre-approved for a loan to closing on my house. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions you have. One of his biggest strengths is his fast response times. He is pretty quick to give you your estimated mortgage costs when looking for homes as this will play a big factor in the homes you end up looking at. If you can manage to get Manny then do it. You won't be disappointed

Great Service

My entire experience with Manny and Brian was really good until it came to my closing. My closing was scheduled for 2pm est on Monday, 4/27. Prior to closing, my real estate agent and I continously reached out to both Manny and Brian for the clear to closing which I did not receive until 1:48 pm est on Monday, 4/27. As I live in Philadelphia and my closing was in Wilmington, DE, I was a hour late to my closing as I needed to go to the bank to obtain the check for closing. In addition, I provided home insurance information for a different homeowner insurance on Thursday, 4/23 to Manny. When the information was sent to Manny, I did not receice a response from him. This new insurance was not reflected on my clear to close notice at the time of closing leading me to pay more at closing and leaving me to contact the previous insurance carrier for a refund and making sure the new insurance carrier is paid.
