Mana was very encouraging even when I felt like things were not going to work out. She was always available and easy to get in contact with. She encouraged me to ask questions and helped me to understand the process.

Overall I believed the service she gave my clients was superb. I believe theres always work for improvements. I would've liked if she wouldve showed more gratitude appreciation and humility. I have four lenders I work with that also do execellent jobs. They examplify more gratitude like giving a gift card a bottle of wine or something. In this day of age you can't just closing a loan is just enough we are to go above and beyond to show our customers that we truly care.
