Michael Bigley

First, I will say that Michael was a lot better than my initial loan officer but i would have liked my calls to have been answered when i call them especially considering this was my wife's an I first time refinancing a home. It just seemed like he and the processor were too busy at the times that I would call but they did return calls a few times. Overall I think their availability would have made this experience MUCH better.

Michael was very responsive to all my requests no matter how small they were. He helped me through the whole process and was very nice in the process and took the time to make sure I understood everything, each step of the way.

I want to share my experience with Michael Bigley, who provided what I can only describe as top-notch service throughout my refinancing process. In my experience, I have never had a loan officer be so thoughtful or cover as many bases as Michael. I was even in the industry about 20 years ago. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure every detail was handled, and he was incredibly gracious and patient, even on the rare occasions when I was the one in error. What impressed me most was his level of professionalism. He never made me feel like my shopping around or asking questions was personal. In fact, while I was able to find a slightly better deal at Rocket, I ultimately chose to bring my business to Michael and New American Funding because I trusted him. He truly listened to me, respected my understanding of the process, and treated me like a partner rather than just a transaction. Michael is the sole reason you have my business today, and he is exactly the reason I would recommend your company to others. I am placing my hope in the fact that the rest of your team maintains this same level of high competency.

From start to finish Michael was available to me from start to finish with any and all of my questions during my refinance process. It was quick,seamless, and so fast. I'm glad I chose NAF for my refi they are great!

Michael took the time to hear what I was wanting to do as far as refinancing my property. He made efforts to get answers to my questions along the way. Thanks for the help!
