Kristina was personable, timely, and provided the communication I needed.

Due to the first loan agent leaving the company, my loan was dropped to Kristina. There were some misses however Kristina did an excellent job trying to tie up the loose ends. I did not get what I initially was told, but that is the fault of the original loan officer, not Kristina. Kristina was a good listener and remained in contact with me.

Working with Kristina was amazing for several reasons. My house buying journey began with a simple internet form that I filled out online. Only a few days later I received a phone call from Kristina, that would launch me into my first house, in a process that would only take a little over a month. I am a veteran with a less than perfect credit score and an average yearly salary. Thanks to Kristina's diligence and persistence, she was able to secure a loan that ultimately put my family and I in our first home. There were very few bumps throughout the process but it seemed that whatever obstacle arose, Kristina overcame it. She kept me motivated through the process and made things easy to understand. The phone call from Kristina that started the process came at the end of April and we closed on our first house on June 9th. Overall, my experience with NAF's team and especially Kristina, was nothing short of 10 out of 10.
