Pleasant and knowledgeable. If you decide to work with NAF, however, go to a local office and work with someone like Kristen. We started the process on line and I truly felt like I being scammed. Kristen made it all better.

We initially came to NAF while doing some online shopping for interest rates for our mortgage refinance. An out-of-town NAF loan consultant reached to us very quickly but that is the last good thing I can say about that individual. He made claims about interest rates that ultimately were untrue, he failed to follow up with us, and after nearly a week of non-communication we were ready to look for help elsewhere. We finally figured out that NAF had a physical office less than 5 miles from our home so we reached out to them and were put in contact with Kristen. She had A LOT of repair work to do to keep us interested in doing business with NAF. Kristen is pleasant to work with, knowlegdable and there is good team at her office in Bellbrook. I never told her but I am a retired CFP so I ask a lot of questions (and have a idea about the range of right answers), The couple times that she wasn't sure about the answer to a question, she didn't try a bluff her way through but said so, looked it up, and promptly got back to us. My only negative comment, is that it would have been nice to have been introduced to the whole on-site team so that when we returned with additional required paperwork we would have already known the team. But overall, it was a great experience. Thanks.
