Khesey was great; unfrotunately Kayla was so bad that I would never recommned New American Funding to anyone. We missed our original closing date and had to constatnly follow up with Kayla. Also I felt your closing costs were ridiculously high and because of time constraints were were not able to push back. The buyers were first time home buyers and it was a mess for them after the offer was accepted and it was handed over to Kayla. If your com[pany is going to serve buyers in an earlier time zone then the responses need to happen wiht the respective timezone! Worst experience wiht a lender since I started in Real Estate over 5 years ago!
