Juan Cruz

I have spoken with Juan since the beginning of October to our closing on February 6th. 5 months of talking, planning and figuring out the perfect solution and a new chapter to my husband and myself we craved so much. Juan has been hands on through the whole process of buying our first home. I would not trust anyone as much as I trusted Juan to get things done. He is truly one of the best, and one of a kind. I cannot express how thankful I am for his calm collected behavior through this significant time. I have already begun recommending him to others. At this point he feels like a friend who lives a few states away. He prioritized us, and helped through this entire process. There were plenty of road blocks, difficulties and issues that popped up. But he never made me feel like I was a bother, and always prioritied our needs. He worked all hours, texted during holidays and just made us feel like he was helping old friends. There were other aspect of this experience which seemed impossible, but Juan was always a call away ready to put our minds at ease and work his magic. He always listened, respected us and treated us better than many others in this process. I cannot thank him enough, and I am sure when this house is paid off we will be using him again on where ever we chose to go next. Juan, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you made two people who felt hopeless find happiness and a home we will make our own. And we will always treasure your role in this. You are simply the best.

Juan was gracious and helpful, he was a good liason with the client. He made himself available and accessible even during holidays and weekends so it was a good feeling of security, because it seems that one ALWAYS finds something to question after close of business!!!
