While his Major was Electrical Engineering In college, he always had the Real Estate Financing in the back of his mind, because he wanted to help families achieve their dreams  of owning a home.  While he was a MOD, and head bartender at Black Angus steak house. Someone noticed he could be a good asset to his team and invited him to join his company.  As he was transitioning into the mortgage industry in 2005 his current employer at the time allowed him to be a floating manager manager on duty and take shifts here and there at different stores to help him have a nice transition. Jose was thankful for all the support of his previous employer. Within a year and a half in the mortgage industry he became a team manager because of his performance, and he is thankful to his clients who continue to refer their family and their close friends to him.
