From the very beginning, both Jorge and I prepared them for the process and explained that the final phase could become more demanding and stressful, especially considering this was an FHA loan. However, I believe there are opportunities for improvement, particularly within the underwriting process. The underwriter should be fully aware of all FHA requirements from the start. In this case, some essential documents were requested late in the process, which created unnecessary delays and pressure on everyone involved. Despite those challenges, I’m confident that we did an excellent job as a team, successfully bringing to completion a case that was both complex and demanding.
