Communication, was in process of closing on a house but the Loan processor Tammy was unresponsive to multiple attempts of contact specifically during the crucial time of closing, when I needed some updates, the title company even notified me that they had to re-submit the same documents mutiple times around the time of closing, it cost me to close 2 days late which i had to cover out of pocket for 150 dollars. Communication and promptness is key in business specifially when catering to your clients. Jonathan was pretty responsive in my inquiries, he did a good job. Overall experience 7/10, could of been bit better, espcecially for a new home owner not knowing the waters. Thank you!
