Tony and John handled my loan process superbly. If you've done this a couple of times, you know that timeliness and transparency make a world of difference and they delivered. John answered my calls at all hours of the night. Four months after close, I had a tax/escrow related question at 10pm and Tony was the first person on my mind. Sure enough, he answered and helped me research my options. That speaks volumes.

Purchasing our 7th home over the last 20 years and have to say, working with John and Tony was the best experience we ever had.They were able to almost instantly approve us and fast track the mortgage for a quick closing we were up against. We originally went for Rocket Mortgage being lured in by all the marketing and industry hype, but were immediately turned off and put a call into our Credit Union Alaska USA for Procura Mortgage assistance. These two work around the clock with emails & texts being exchanged after 9pm at times! Always in constant communication with our realtors, owning this transaction end to end as if they were family looking out for our best interest. Highly recommended!!
