The process was easy, the people were great, and the product was good as well.

From the very first time we spoke, Joe Mincey was exceedingly professional and knowledgeable . He took time to listen to what I was looking for in a loan product and carefully answered any questions I had. Throughout the entire application, approval and closing process, Joe was always available to assist in any way possible and always followed up to ensure my business needs were being fulfilled. First time doing all of this. Wish there was a few more questions to allow us to know a few things If we wanted anything different before paperwork was made up. Also felt like we just had a bad luck with appraiser. Nothing on Joe. Felt like alot of run around and just pointing fingers by the processing group. Overall glad that Joe was able to reach out and willing to keep on top of things.

Joe is awesome and always ready to help, the loan processor however is really hard to contact or get a follow up. When the closing date is coming closer, the communication was really bad that made us had to go back to Joe to get an answer. Even then there were no follow up from the loan officer and she just passed it to next person

Joe kept us in the loop, in every step of the way. It was a very long process, and he went out of his way to assure he made it work for us. Very pleasant and kind. Such a wonderful unforgettable blessing and experience. Thank you so much Joe!
