Jenny! Everything about this experience and working with Jenny was top notch! Any time we hit an obstacle and i panicked, Jenny said dont worry let me take care of it- and she always did!!! Unexpectedly she also showed up at the closing and it was so great to finally meet her in person! So glad my realtor referred us to her for lending. Jenny was fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone who is buying a home for the first time. She was even avaliable after hours and helped me with the insurance company to make sure i wasnt paying them money before i had closed on the property. At first the home buying experience seemed unattainable, like i would never get it . As weeks went by we got closer and closer to getting the property we wanted. Jenny even helped me understand documents my realtor sent me. I was very overwhelmed by the loan disclosures, the survey and other documents that the Title Company needed but Jenny explained them one by one. If and when we refinance it would be hard to consider going with another provider besides \"Jenny\" .

We worked with a different Lander before and he was not available to close our loan, after Ms. Orozco took all my paperwork she was closing everything in shot period of time. Not just my self but also the seller was satisfied with her way to work and comunicate the status and the way she submit eve.
