Janelle and Chad were great! The process was only complicated by the processor who was working with me prior to Chad. There were serious delays in communications. I had to reach out to her to confirm receipt of submitted documents and find out the status of the process after many days of no communication. Both Janelle and Chad were very responsive and seemed to be genuine in their roles to get me the outcome that I did. I would recommend both of them to anyone.

I appreciated naf's ease of communication and willingness to help me out w/ what I wanted as an equity loan, and not being pushed into a different loan amount. Overall, a great experience.
