James was awesome, Jennifer was nice, but very hard to get ahold of at times. I was very stressed the entire time till about 30min prior to closing do to feeling in the dark about the purchase. I did ask about any extra fees or charges just for receiving the loan and was told there wouldn't be, or whatever I was told led me to the interpretation that there wouldn' be any. I learned about 20-30 minutes prior to sale about the $94,000 finance charges witch seems a bit expensive. I felt as if it may have been kept from me as long as possible till it was pretty much to late to turn back. ( i am also the kind of person that needs no know every detail about every situation that I am in ) so finding that out when looking at the paperwork was a bit upsetting. I understand charges for the work people are doing, but that is an insane amount. Any advice on dropping that would be greatly appreciated.
I believe that the finance charge should be lowered and brought to the borrowers attention in the beginning of the process per the amount they are borrowing before anyone gets to deep into the process. (This finance charge and not being informed about it, feeling as if it was hidden till the end) is the sole reason why I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this to friends and family.
